1. About Us

Your Lordships & Co. is a legal documentation and compliance services firm located at the High Court Complex, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We provide services including High Court filing, legal drafting, compliance registration, tender and GeM assistance to individuals, businesses and organizations.

2. Services Offered

Our services include but are not limited to:

• High Court filing, e-filing and documentation support at Lucknow Bench
• Drafting of writ petitions, legal notices, affidavits and agreements
• GST registration and return filing, MSME, PF, ESI and labour compliance
• GeM seller registration, e-tender filing and bid documentation
• Business registration — Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Pvt. Ltd.
• Power of Attorney drafting and other legal documentation

The scope and deliverables of each service are confirmed at the time of engagement. Services not explicitly agreed upon are not included.

3. Fees & Payment

• Service fees are communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
• Fees are payable as per the agreed schedule — advance, milestone or full payment.
• Government fees, court fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are payable separately by the client.
• Fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, except where we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
• Payment modes accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash at office.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents
• Respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner
• Review and approve drafts shared before final submission
• Inform us promptly of any change in circumstances affecting the service
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or improper purpose

5. Timelines & Delivery

We provide estimated timelines for each service at the time of engagement. Actual timelines may vary depending on:

• Completeness and accuracy of documents provided by the client
• Delays from government portals, courts or third-party authorities
• Complexity of the specific matter

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including government system downtime or court holidays.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, documents and case details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or court order. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your Lordships & Co. shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of filings by courts or government authorities due to policy or procedural changes beyond our knowledge
• Any loss arising from inaccurate information or documents provided by the client
• Outcomes of legal matters, court decisions or government approvals
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and branding — is the intellectual property of Your Lordships & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission. Drafted documents prepared for a client belong to that client upon full payment of agreed fees.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
